Nonya Fish parcels (Otak Otak)

Ingredients:
Half a Jar of Nonya Secret blend
200g Fish fillet – chopped or minced (cod or Spanish mackerel)
1 Egg (optional)
1 Teaspoon tapioca/corn flour
100g coconut milk
Kaffir Lime Leaves (sliced)

Banana leaves cut into 6inches by 4 Inches, cleaned and wilted over fire for 2-3
seconds.

Instructions:
In a big bowl, mix fish fillets, egg, tapioca flour, coconut milk, Kaffir lime leaves, 1
teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon sugar and half a jar of Nonya Secret blend
Wrap the fish mixture with the banana leaves with toothpicks on each end.
Place fish parcel over a stove on a pre-heated pan and flip them on both sides until cooked.
Other cooking methods include steaming or cooking them in an oven (15mins 200
degrees)
