Ingredients:
2-3 Tablespoons of Nonya Assam Sauce
Diced Tomatoes
Sliced Onions
Fish Fillet Skin on (Barramundi, Snapper or Cod ).
Vegetable options: Okra, Eggplant, Green beans
Instructions:
Heat a pan with some oil.
Pan fry 3-4 fish fillets till the skin is crispy and set aside.
Saute sliced onions on a pan.
Add 2-3 tablespoons of Nonya Assam sauce.
Add diced tomatoes and green beans & salt to taste. Pour sauce over fish.
Wrap fish with baking paper/banana leave Bake in the oven for 10 mins.
