Ingredients:
Half a Jar of Assam Sauce
200g pork fillet (thinly sliced)
1-2 Tablespoons of Coconut Milk (optional)
1-2 tablespoons of Tamarind puree (optional)
Kaffir Lime Leaves
Instructions:
Heat some oil in a pan and add half a jar of Nonya Assam Sauce.
Stir fry pork fillet and add 1-2 tablespoons of coconut milk and 1-2 tablespoons of
tamarind puree (optional).
Add some kaffir lime leaves and more salt or sugar to taste (if required)
Serve with rice.
