Ingredients:
3-4 Tablespoons of Nonya Laska Blend
Fresh Prawns (deveined & deshelled)
Coconut Milk (200-300ml) and Liquid Chicken or Veggie Stock (300ml)
Optional: Toufu Puffs, Sliced Fishcake or Fishballs, cooked egg
Vermicelli Rice Noodles or Yellow Noodles (Blanched)
Beansprouts (Blanched with hot water) and thinly sliced cucumber
Garnish: Vietnamese mint Leaves (laska leaves)
Instructions:
Add 3-4 tablespoons of Nonya Laska Blend in a pot.
Tip: Stir fry prawn head/shells for a more umami tasting broth.
Pour coconut milk and liquid stock.
Add tofu puffs and fishballs and bring to boil.
Add more paste or salt to taste and add fresh prawns. Remove from heat once the prawns are cooked.
Serve with thinly sliced cucumber, blanched bean sprouts, cooked egg, Vietnamese mint leaves as well as a dollop of Spice Hero Sambal Mix.
